عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
بَلَغَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَقُولُ: إِنْ طَلَّقَ مَا لَمْ يَنْكِحْ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَخْطَأَ فِي هَذَا، إِنَّ اللهَ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - يَقُولُ: ﴿إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ ﴾وَلَمْ يَقُلْ: إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ نَكَحْتُمُوهُنَّ
