عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَطَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْبُنَانِيِّ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ الشَّعْبِيُّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ خَطَّ طَلَاقَ امْرَأَتِهِ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ، فَقَالَ: " هُوَ جَائِزٌ عَلَيْهِ
