عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، وَابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَكْرَهَهُ اللُّصُوصُ فَلَيْسَ بِطَلَاقٍ، وَإِنْ أَكْرَهَهُ السُّلْطَانُ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
