عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَامْرَأَتُهُ طَالِقٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ فَحَنِثَ، لَمْ تُطَلَّقِ امْرَأَتُهُ حِينَ اسْتَثْنَى "، " وَبِهِ كَانَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ يَأْخُذُ وَالنَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ
