عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ إِلَى سَنَةٍ، فَإِنَّهَا طَالِقٌ سَاعَةَ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ "، ذَكَرَهُ قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
