عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَالْحَكَمِ
فِي رَجُلٍ يَحْلِفُ عَلَى الشَّيْءِ فَيَخْرُجُ عَلَى لِسَانِهِ غَيْرُ مَا يُرِيدُ، قَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: " نِيَّتُهُ "، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: " يُؤْخَذُ بِمَا تَكَلَّمَ
