عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلِمَةَ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ:
لَقِيَ عَلِيٌّ رَجُلَيْنِ قَدْ خَرَجَا مِنَ الْحَمَّامِ مُدَّهِنَيْنِ فَقَالَ: مِمَّا أَنْتُمَا ؟ قَالَا: مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ قَالَ: كَذَبْتُمَا بَلْ أَنْتُمَا مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ، إِنَّمَا الْمُهَاجِرُ عَمَّارُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ
Translation
✧ Ali met two men who had come out of the bathhouse, anointed with oil. He said: From which group are you? They said: From the Muhajirun. He said: You lie; rather, you are from the Muhajirun. The true Muhajir is Ammar b. Yasir.
