عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: اذْهَبِي فَانْكِحِي لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ نَوَى طَلَاقًا فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
