عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: قَدْ سَرَّحْتُكِ بِإِحْسَانٍ، قَالَ: " يُسْتَحْلَفُ بِاللهِ مَا أَرَادَ إِلَّا التَّطْلِيقَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ طَلَّقَهَا، فَإِنْ حَلَفَ حَمَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مَا تَحَمَّلَ
