عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: اذْهَبِي فَأَنْتِ لَا تَحِلِّينَ حَتَّى تَنْكِحِي زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ، قَالَ: " قَدْ بَيَّنَ، قُلْتُ: وَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ مِنْ فِيهِ الطَّلَاقُ ؟ قَالَ: " حَسْبُهُ قَدْ بَيَّنَ، قَدْ فَارَقَتْهُ
