إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوِ اثْنَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ ارْتَفَعَتْ حَيْضَتُهَا.... مَا كَانَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ، فَإِنْ بَتَّ طَلَاقَهَا فَلَا مِيرَاثَ بَيْنَهُمَا
