عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ الَّتِي لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ يُرَاجِعُهَا، وَهِيَ تَرَى أَنَّ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةً وَيُصِيبُهَا، قَالَ: يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَهَا مَهْرٌ وَنِصْفٌ
