عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، وَالثَّوْرِيِّ، أَنَّ دَاوُدَ بْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُمَا أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا قَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ فَمِنْ يَوْمِ طَلَّقَهَا أَوْ مَاتَ عَنْهَا
