عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرَّجُلُ يُطَلِّقُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَلَا يَبُتُّهَا، أَيَسْتَأْذِنُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، وَلَكِنْ يَسْتَأْنِسُ، وَتَحْذَرُ هِيَ وَتَشَوَّفُ لَهُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ بَيْتَانِ فَيَجْعَلُهَا فِي أَحَدِهِمَا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ إِلَّا بَيْتٌ وَاحِدٌ فَلْيَجْعَلْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا سِتْرًا
