عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ
" أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَةً وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقَهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ.
