عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ،
قَالُوا فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ الْمَرْأَةَ تَطْلِيقَةً فَتَعْتَدُّ بَعْضَ عِدَّتِهَا، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا أُخْرَى، ثُمَّ تَعْتَدُّ أَيْضًا أَيَّامًا، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا - قَالُوا: تَعْتَدُّ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ الْأَوَّلِ إِذَا كَانَ لَمْ يُجَامِعْهَا بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ
