لَا يَجُوزُ عَلَى الثَّيِّبِ مَا صَالَحَ عَلَيْهِ الْأَبُ، وَلَا عَلَى الْبِكْرِ أَيْضًا، قَالَ: " الْمَهْرُ قَائِمٌ "
