عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِنْ طَلَّقَهَا الْمُحَلِّلُ فَلَا تَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ، يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا إِذَا كَانَ نِكَاحُهُ عَلَى وَجْهِ التَّحَلُّلِ
