عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَةَ امْرَأَةٍ قَدْ كَانَ أَبُوهُ وَطِئَهَا: " فَمَا وَلَدَتْ مِنْ وَلَدٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا أَبُوهُ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا، وَمَا وَلَدَتْ مِنْ وَلَدٍ بَعْدَ أَنْ وَطِئَهَا أَبُوهُ فَلَا يَتَزَوَّجُ شَيْئًا مِنْ وَلَدِهَا "
