مَا اشْتُرِطَ فِي نِكَاحِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَهُوَ مِنْ صَدَاقِهَا، وَقَضَى بِذَلِكَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي جُمَحَ
