عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ وَاقَعَهَا وَبِهَا بَعْضُ الْأَرْبَعِ وَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ، كَيْفَ بِوَلَيِّهَا وَقَدْ عَلِمَ، ثُمَّ كَتَمَهَا ؟ قَالَ: مَا أُرَاهُ إِلَّا قَدْ غَرِمَ صَدَاقَهَا إِلَّا شَيْئًا مِنْهُ بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا، وَمَا هَذَا إِلَّا رَأْيٌ أَرَاهُ ". قَالَ: " وَلَهَا صَدَاقُهَا وَافِيًا "، قُلْتُ: فَأَنْكَحَهَا غَيْرُ وَلِيٍّ ! قَالَ: " تُرَدُّ إِلَى صَدَاقِهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا
