عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِنْ كَانَ الْوَلِيُّ عَلِمَ غُرِّمَ، وَإِلَّا اسْتُحْلِفَ بِاللهِ مَا عَلِمَ، ثُمَّ هُوَ عَلَى الزَّوْجِ ". قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: وَقَالَهُ قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ إِنْ لَمْ يَبْنِ بِهَا فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ؛ إِنْ شَاءَ فَارَقَهَا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا ". وَقَالَ مَعْمَرٌ: " وَإِذَا كَانَ شَيْءٌ يُشْبِهُ هَذِهِ الْأَدْوَاءَ فَهُوَ مِثْلُهُ
