عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَ مَرِيضًا، فَأَعْتَقَ جَارِيَةً لَهُ، ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَأَصْدَقَهَا، ثُمَّ مَاتَ قَالَ: " يَجُوزُ عِتْقُهَا فِي الثُّلُثِ، وَمَهْرُهَا مِنْ رَأْسِ الْمَالِ
