عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَشُرِطَ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّكَ إِنْ جِئْتَ بِالصَّدَاقِ إِلَى كَذَا فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُكَ، وَإِلَّا فَلَا، فَجَاءَ الْأَجَلُ وَلَمْ يَأْتِ - قَالَ: " إِذَا أَنْكَحُوهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
