عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جَدَّةٍ لَهُ
قَالَتْ: خَاصَمْتُ أَبِي إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي خَادِمٍ لِي أَصْدَقَهَا امْرَأَةً لَهُ، فَقَضَى لِي بِالْخَادِمِ، وَقَضَى عَلَى أَبِي أَنْ يَدْفَعَ إِلَى امْرَأَتِهِ قِيمَتَهُ
