عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى طَلَاقِ أُخْرَى قَالَ: " مِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ: إِنَّهُ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَهَا عَلَى طَلَاقِ صَاحِبِهَا فَهُوَ صَدَاقٌ لَهَا، وَلَا نَقُولُ ذَلِكَ، لَهَا صَدَاقُ مِثْلِهَا، وَلَا يَقَعُ عَلَى الْأُخْرَى طَلَاقٌ حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَ
