عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَهُوَ بِأَرْضٍ وَهِيَ بِأُخْرَى، فَمَاتَ - فَإِنْ قَامَتْ بَيِّنَةٌ أَنَّهُ قَدْ مَلَكَهَا، وَرَضِيَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ، فَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ وَالصَّدَاقُ
