عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
كُلُّ فُرْقَةٍ كَانَتْ فِي نِكَاحٍ كَانَ وَجْهُهُ عَلَى السُّنَّةِ فَتِلْكَ الْفُرْقَةُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ، وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَى سُنَّةٍ فَافْتَرَقَا فَلَيْسَتْ بِطَلَاقٍ
