عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ خَطَبَ امْرَأَةً إِلَى وَلِيِّهَا فَزَوَّجَهَا بِشَهَادَةِ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتَيْنِ، فَقَالَ: " إِنْ أَعْلَمُوا ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّا نَرَاهُ نِكَاحًا جَائِزًا إِذَا أَعْلَنُوهُ وَلَمْ يُسِرُّوهُ
