عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ:
يُنْكِحُ هَذَا ابْنَتَهُ بِكْرًا بِصَدَاقٍ، وَكِلَاهُمَا يُرَخِّصُ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِ نَفْسِهِ ؟ قَالَ: " إِذَا سَمَّيَا صَدَاقًا فَلَا بَأْسَ، فَإِنْ قَالَ: أُجَهِّزُ وَتُجَهِّزُ فَلَا، ذَلِكَ الشِّغَارُ "، قُلْتُ: فَإِنْ فَوَّضَ هَذَا وَفَوَّضَ هَذَا، قَالَ: " لَا
