عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرَّجُلُ يَنْكِحُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَلَا يُرْسِلُ إِلَيْهَا لَا بِصَدَاقٍ، وَلَا بِفَرِيضَةٍ لَهَا، فَمَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْهَا ؟ قَالَ: " فَلَا يَمَسُّهَا حَتَّى يُرْسِلَ إِلَيْهَا بِصَدَاقٍ أَوْ فَرِيضَةٍ. وَابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَعَمْرٌو. قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَيُقَبِّلُهَا ؟ قُلْتُ: " لَا يَمَسُّهَا ". قَالَ: " وَمَا أُبَالِي أَنْ يُقَبِّلَهَا
