لَا يُؤْخَذُ الْأَبُ بِصَدَاقِ ابْنِهِ إِذَا زُوِّجَ فَمَاتَ صَغِيرًا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ الْأَبُ كُفِّلَ بِشَيْءٍ
