أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مُسْلِمًا قَتَلَ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ عَمْدًا، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ، فَلَمْ يَقْتُلْهُ، وَغَلَّظَ عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةَ مِثْلَ دِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Maʿmar informed us, from al-Zuhrī, from Sālim, from Ibn ʿUmar
✧ That a Muslim man killed a man from the people of the covenant deliberately, and it was brought to ʿUthmān, and he did not execute him, but he increased the blood money upon him, like the blood money of a Muslim.
