أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ وَغَيْرِهِ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ " جَعَلَ دِيَةَ الْمَجُوسِيِّ نِصْفَ دِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ
Translation

✧ That ʿUmar b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz set the blood money for a Magian at half the blood money of a Muslim.
