✧ Inheritance of the apostate

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ قَالَ:
مِيرَاثُ الْمُرْتَدِّ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَقَدْ كَانُوا يُطَيِّبُونَهُ لِوَرَثَتِهِ
Translation
✧ The inheritance of the apostate belongs to the Muslims, though they used to make it pleasant for his heirs.
