أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ وَحْشِيَّةَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ " فَرَضَ عَلَى مَنْ كَانَ بِالْيَمَنِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ دِينَارًا عَلَى كُلِّ حَالِمٍ، وَعَلَى مَنْ كَانَ بِالشَّامِ مِنَ الرُّومِ أَرْبَعَةَ دَنَانِيرَ، وَعَلَى أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ ثَمَانِيَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا
Translation
✧ Umar imposed on the dhimmis in Yemen one dinar on every adult, and on the Romans in Syria four dinars, and on the people of the Sawad forty-eight dirhams.
