أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
فِي الَّذِي يَنْكِحُ الْمَجُوسِيَّةَ عَمْدًا فِي عِدَّتِهَا، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ
Translation
✧ Regarding one who deliberately marries a Magian woman during her waiting period, he said: "There is no prescribed punishment for him."
