✧ No hadd punishment upon one who throws at them

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ أَبِي: هَلْ عَلَى مَنْ قَذَفَ أَهْلَ الذِّمَّةِ حَدٌّ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا أَرَى عَلَيْهِ حَدًّا
Translation
✧ I asked my father: Is there a hadd punishment upon one who slanders the people of the covenant? He said: "I do not consider that there is a hadd punishment upon him."
