✧ The Prophet's ﷺ instruction regarding the Copts

10067 9997 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ:
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ مِثْلَهُ.

إِذَا مَلَكْتُمُ الْقِبْطَ فَأَحْسِنُوا إِلَيْهِمْ فَإِنَّ لَهُمْ ذِمَّةً وَإِنَّ لَهُمْ رَحِمًا
Translation
✧ Ibn Uyaynah reported to us from al-Zuhri from Ibn Ka'b b. Malik something similar. If you conquer the Copts, treat them well, for they have a covenant and kinship.
