Translation
✧ My mother came while she was a polytheist during the treaty of Quraysh, when they made a pact with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and during their period, along with her father. I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for a ruling: “O Messenger of Allah, my mother has come and she is desirous [of good relations]; should I maintain ties with her?” He said: “Yes, maintain ties with your mother.”
